Please note! If you have not been treated in our office in 2 years or more you will have to schedule as a New Patient. If it is your first time receiving acupuncture or physical therapy services with us, please book yourself for an Initial Assessment.

No-shows/cancellations with under 24 hours notice are charged the full cost of the appointment. For Monday appointments, notice is required by 12 pm on the Friday before. Please give our office a call/text or email within 24 hours of your appointment if you need to make any changes! This time allows us to notify other patients on our waitlist who may be in need of care.

Our office is located at 1250 Niagara Street, second floor. There is a flight of stairs to get to our office, and we are currently awaiting an elevator to be installed. If you are a patient with limited mobility, please don’t hesitate to call us at 716-325-0427! We will make arrangements to ensure you can receive care.

Orthopedic Physical Therapy focuses on the treatment of chronic and acute pain within the entire musculoskeletal system using mobility, strengthening exercises, mindful body mechanics, breath exercises, and hands-on manipulation.

Our Acupuncture treatments specifically for pregnant patients; focusing on labor inductions & breech babies. An initial assessment is not required for this type of appointment.

Toni Haugen is the founder of Queen City Health Wellness and has been practicing acupuncture and integrative care in Buffalo for a decade. She graduated from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in 2011 and is currently completing her Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in oriental medicine from there. Her expertise is in Chinese herbal medicine, and she continues her work in that field as an affiliate at the Institute of Classics in East Asian Medicine. Toni also holds a Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) from the University of Buffalo. Her social work background anchors her trauma-informed approach to care.
